Where Will My Video Be Used?

Everyone deserves to feel safe. When we can share your personal experiences, they help others to take steps to be more safe.

We typically use Cove Customer Stories (video and text) on our blog, social media accounts, ads, etc.

You’ll notice that we only use first names plus one initial of the last name, as well as the state only. This is to protect your privacy as much as possible.

We know recording your story and sharing it with Cove will require your valuable time, so we'd like to send you an **Amazon gift card** as a thank you if we use your video!

How to Record Your Video

Ready to share your story with us? Please follow these instructions:

1. Hold/place your phone vertically when you record.

2. Please do not use filters or use any social media apps to record. These reduce the quality of the video and we are unable to use them. Simply use your phone’s video recording option.

3. Record yourself in a quiet environment, speaking clearly into the mic. Double check that your sound is working well.

4. Record yourself in front of a non-distracting background so the focus is on you.

5. We only need 1-3 minutes total. We will edit it.

6. When sharing your story, use complete sentences. For example, "When I ordered Cove… I love Cove because. . . I switched to Cove because. . . Cove has helped me feel safe because . . . I recommend Cove to anyone because. . ."
